Nate Hyman is a Special Assistant Attorney General at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Prior, he was an associate in Ropes & Gray’s litigation and enforcement practice group. Nate’s practice covers a wide range of civil litigation, including complex commercial litigation, antitrust counseling and advocacy, SEC enforcement matters, and government and internal investigations. Nate regularly works with private equity clients and a diverse range of public and private companies. Nate also maintains an active pro bono practice in appellate, family, and immigration matters. During law school, Nate served as an articles editor on the Georgetown Journal of International Law, and received the John F. Kennedy Labor Law Award for excellence in Labor Law. He was a member of the Georgetown University Institute for Public Representation Environmental Law Clinic, and served as an intern at the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division.
