Olga Fleysh advises clients on a broad range of antitrust and competition issues, from conducting preliminary risk assessments to counseling clients regarding compliance with reporting requirements and government investigations. Formerly a broker in logistics sales, she combines her legal and business knowledge in order to better serve clients. Olga was an editor on the Administrative Law Review, giving her an insight into regulatory matters that was complemented by an internship at the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. She gained valuable international legal experience by participating in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Competition in Hong Kong, and she received the highest grade designation in International Commercial Advocacy. Passionate about pro bono work, Olga has worked on a variety of causes including death penalty appeals, government benefits litigation, asylum claims, and nonprofit incorporation.
