Patrick Todd is an associate based in the London office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. His practice focuses on EU and UK competition law and digital markets regulation. Patrick’s experience includes abuse of dominance, restrictive practices, and merger control in a range of industries. He also advises clients on the evolving digital regulatory landscape, including the EU Digital Markets Act and forthcoming UK pro-competition digital regime, and has written on a range of competition law issues in digital markets. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Patrick trained at a major international law firm for two years in London and Brussels.
