Juliana Penz-Evren is a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills’ Brussels office. She advises international and national companies on all aspects of European Union and German competition law, with particular focus on distribution agreements, merger control, unilateral conduct, competition law compliance programmes and internal investigations. Juliana also represents clients before the General Court of the European Union and the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as advises clients on EU internal market law and regulation. She has a particular sector focus on energy, digital markets, consumer goods, and automotive.
