Pierre Garenne is an associate at Linklaters (Paris). He previously worked as a competition law trainee at Latham & Watkins (Brussels) and at the General Court. He holds a master’s degree in European law and litigation from University Paris II Panthéon-Assas and an LLM in international management and law from HEC Paris. His LLM thesis was on the European Commission’s use of competition law to tackle geo-blocking. Pierre has a broad range of interests including EU antitrust and merger control law, EU Internal Market law, legal theory, and constitutional law (EU, France and UK).
