Robert Welker is a doctorate candidate and research fellow with Professor Heike Schweitzer at the faculty of law at Humboldt-University Berlin. Robert Welker co-authored the German report on modernizing the law on abuse of market power in the digital age and was involved in drafting the final report of the German Commission ‘Competition 4.0’.
