Ruth Chen is Director and Associate General Counsel at Meta. She manages a wide range of competition matters for the company across the Asia Pacific region and leads the team out of Meta’s Singapore office. Prior to joining Meta, Ruth Chen spent several years at HSBC and at Freshfields advising on antitrust matters across the region.
