Saira Henry is a partner in the firm’s Antitrust & Competition practice in London. She advises on EU and UK competition law matters, including merger control and anti-competitive conduct (cartels, abuse of dominance and other restrictions on competition). Saira has acted for clients in a broad range of sectors, including technology, telecommunications, consumer goods, energy and financial sectors. Prior to joining Dechert, she worked at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe’s London office as a senior associate. Before that, she undertook a secondment at the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority from December 2018 to May 2019. She has also worked as an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP Brussels office.
