Samuel Milucky is an associate at Arnold & Porter in London. In private practice, he has advised clients on a variety of non-contentious competition law matters and represented clients in private antitrust litigation before the courts in the United Kingdom. Mr Milucky has advised on antitrust damages disputes arising from the RoRo, Trucks, or Power Cables cartels. He previously also gained regulatory experience as a Blue Book Trainee at the European Commission’s DG COMP in Brussels. Mr Milucky holds an LLB from the University of Groningen and an LLM from University College London.
