Shari Ross Lahlou is a partner with Dechert LLP. She is an accomplished trial lawyer who represents Fortune 500 clients in significant antitrust and other complex litigation. She has achieved trial court and appellate victories across a broad range of antitrust issues: cartels, monopolization, tying, exclusive dealing, and other anticompetitive conduct. Shari was Global Competition Review’s 2018 “Litigator of the Year,” recognized as “among the very best” in the antitrust/competition bar after she achieved several victories in the prior year: She successfully defended on appeal two significant pre-trial wins – shielding clients from hundreds of millions of dollars in liability – and defeated a class certification in a notable price-fixing multidistrict litigation in which plaintiffs alleged nearly $20 billion in damages.
