Susan Zhu is an of counsel in the Morgan Lewis LLP’s New York office. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Susan worked at Axinn. Susan Zhu represents and advises clients on antitrust and competition matters, including mergers and acquisitions, government investigations, antitrust litigation, and corporate counseling. Susan represents clients before the Federal Trade Commission, the US Department of Justice, international competition authorities, and in federal and state courts. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals. She earned her JD in 2011 from Harvard Law School, where she was a member of the International Law Journal and Negotiation Law Review. She received her BA in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard College in 2006.
