Leonidas Theodosiou is a partner at Morgan Lewis. His practice focuses on antitrust, trade defense, and general EU law matters including litigation in the EU Courts. Leonidas represents clients on abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, as well as on UK, EU, and international merger control. He also advises governments and corporations on state aid, particularly in the context of privatizations and rescues of failing banks. He is admitted to practice in New York, the EU (Greece), and is a Registered European Lawyer in England and Wales.
