Will Taylor is an Associate Director in NERA’s Antitrust and Competition; Energy; and Communications, Media, and Internet Practices. He is an competition and regulatory economist and leads NERA’s regulatory, communications and energy work in Australia and New Zealand. Will regularly assists clients dealing with merger and abuse of market power investigations, market studies and complex regulatory issues. He has particular expertise in the communications, energy and payments sectors and has assisted clients in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the UK. Will holds a PhD in economics and first class honours degree in economics and finance, both from Victoria University of Wellington.
