Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, William was a partner in the litigation practice of another international law firm. William works extensively with telecommunications and technology companies to resolve litigation issues at the intersection of intellectual property law and antitrust, and particularly in the context of technical standards development. He also represents financial institutions and other companies in complex commercial litigation. He has tried cases in federal and state courts across the United States. William authors articles on Sunshine in Litigation statutes and is a member of the Sedona Conference on Confidentiality Agreements and Protective Orders. He also writes on International Islamic law.
