Dr. Baiding (David) Wu has a strong background in global competition laws and policies. He advises clients on merger clearance, anticompetitive conduct investigations, antitrust counseling and compliance, antitrust private litigation, and antitrust issues in intellectual property licensing. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2019, David was a post-doctorate fellow at The George Washington University Competition Law Center where he worked with Professor William E. Kovacic, the former chairperson of the United States Federal Trade Commission, and performed research on merger remedies and abuse of dominance in the digital market.
