Alex Krulic


Alex Krulic is an Associate General Counsel at Delta Air Lines, where he is responsible for regulatory and international policy. He works with his colleagues at Delta on a range of matters including alliances, joint ventures, route cases, competition policy, and distribution technology. Prior to joining Delta, Mr. Krulic served on the leadership team at the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Policy. This office helps to develop and implement policy initiatives related to law enforcement, civil rights, privacy, and related matters. He also served at the Department of the Treasury, where he worked on policy, litigation, and regulatory matters in the aftermath of the financial crisis, as well as in private practice, where he focused on antitrust, litigation, and securities law. Mr. Krulic received his J.D. from Stanford Law School. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Law School, where he teaches a course on public policy development and the role of attorneys in the federal government.
