Jarrett Taubman


Jarrett Taubman, who joined Facebook’s global connectivity policy team in late 2018, was formerly counsel in the Washington, DC, office of Latham & Watkins LLP. While at Latham, Jarrett focused on national security and telecommunications regulatory matters and gained extensive experience in both areas. Among other things, he represented clients before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), a multi-agency group with the statutory authority to review and block proposed investments in US businesses from non-US sources. Jarrett received his JD from the New York University School of Law, a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, and a BS from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
