Michel Debroux is a member of the Paris and Brussels bars, whose practice spans over 30 years. A partner at Paris-based boutique firm Rizom Legal, he has an extensive experience in French and EU competition matters, including state aid, merger and cartel cases. He primarily advises clients in network and regulated industries, particularly in the energy sector. Michel has been a regular contributor to Concurrences Review since 2004, with over 300 publications. He is a lecturer in antitrust law at the University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, and in advanced business law and state aid law at the University Paris Nanterre.
