Pedro’s research focuses on European Law, Competition Law, International Economic Law, International Public Law, Public Law, International Dispute Resolution and legal and political theory. A thread running through all his research is an interest in how the emergence of legal fora that are not purely international or State-based impacts on State and international law, and what the development of transnational law means to our understanding of what the law can be and do.
