Hipster Antitrust: Why the Latest Buzzword is Nothing New

This article addresses the topical issue of whether or not antitrust rules should be changed in order to tackle the challenges of the digital economy and argues that although the digital economy might have different ways to express, there is nothing new under the Sun and the attempt to rein in companies which are nothing more than the result of sound competition and are still submitted to the competition forces, based on fears and slogans, risks undermining the competitive process and, ultimately, harm consumers (which still matters).
