The process of digitization and permanent connectivity has transformed important aspects of our lives, generating important benefits, but also raising concerns related to the functioning of markets. COFECE is aware of the new challenge represented by the digitization of the economy and that specific actions are required to address the challenges they pose, from the perspective of competition, the digital economy and the functioning of the markets that operate in it. Through the COFECE Digital Strategy document, the Commission explains the actions it will take to successfully tackle its analysis and research in digital markets.
