This paper aims to understand the viability of an international framework for competition law vis-a-vis the de facto International Regime in place. Each part of the paper is an attempt to understand the importance of competition law in a globalised and liberalised world. The authors seek to understand how it can be effectively and efficiently implemented to achieve maximum consumer welfare through competitive markets.
