This Article will focus on the desirability and the capacity of the extraterritorial application of U.S. antitrust law in export cartel cases. At least two plausible results; first, judicial frustrations with facts; and second, the executive’s contrasting stance indicating that the extraterritorial application of U.S. antitrust law is not without limits.
