The Turkish Competition Authority introduces a settlement mechanism under national competition law

In an effort to take one step further in harmonizing the Turkish Competition Law with the EU legislation, the Turkish Competition Authority (“Authority”) has recently introduced the settlement mechanism under Article 43 of the Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition (“Law No. 4054”) and the relevant Draft Regulation on Settlements (“Draft Regulation”).
